Social Services

The fundamental role of this department is responsible to ensure that our participant is provided with essential services such as food, shelter, clothing, and transportation, English Language skills and Computer education. Our Department of Social Services has built excellent partnerships with local food banks, faith based organizations and community-based organizations and agencies that provide transitional housing, the Denver Regional Transit District passes, Coats for Colorado, and Friends of Man and other community-based caregivers in Colorado in order to help meet survivors’ basic human needs.

The Center also addresses the longer-term needs that will facilitate survivors and asylum seekers’ proper adjustment, resettlement, and integration into American life. We are hoping to engage in the citizenship program to help survivors.
